When ordering a custom-colored unit using inspiration photos that were not created by Bliving Beauty Collection, please understand that an exact color match cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as lighting, photo editing, screen settings, and the condition of the hair can affect the final result.
As licensed cosmetologists, we are artists. While we can replicate a color concept and overall look, no custom color service can be duplicated exactly.
Every custom unit is uniquely crafted with care, expertise, and attention to detail to create a beautiful result inspired by your vision. By purchasing a custom color unit, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations may occur.

Turnaround time for Custom Units

After your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification.
For all custom units, production will begin once processing is complete. Please allow an additional 7–9 business daysfor custom construction, coloring, and styling.
We take pride in creating each unit with exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality result. Once your unit is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Thank you for your patience as we carefully craft your custom piece.
SHIPPING POLICY
After complete processing, all orders ship via Ups/Fedex. Once shipped we will email you the tracking number and expected time of delivery. Ups/Fedex typically takes 1-3 days to reach you. We are not responsible if package get lost/stolen. The shipping company will be responsible please file a claim with them in hopes to recover package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. In certain circumstances, exceptions may be considered at our discretion. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to review the situation and work toward a solution.

Deposits
To reserve a Ready-to-Wear Unit, an offline deposit may be placed to hold the unit for 2–3 business days. The remaining balance must be paid within this timeframe. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the unit will be released and the deposit will be forfeited.
For Custom-Made Units, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required to begin construction of your unit. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required depending on the service requested. The remaining balance is due once your unit is completed and ready for pickup or shipment.
If you would like to place a deposit instead of paying in full online, please contact us directly. We will verify availability and send a secure invoice through PayPal for your deposit payment.

• Ready-to-Wear unit deposits hold inventory for a limited time only.
• Custom unit deposits secure your appointment slot, materials, and production time.
