Custom colored units

Please read before purchasing a COLOR custom unit with us !

When ordering custom colors using photos not created by us please by advised an exact match to photo cannot be guaranteed. We love to bring your Dream unit to life ! We as Cosmetologist are artist, our work can be replicated but not duplicated !

Turnaround time for Custom Units

After placing order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

All custom units, After proccessing please allow up to 7-9 business days for unit construction processing.

SHIPPING POLICY

After complete processing, all orders ship via Ups/Fedex. Once shipped we will email you the tracking number and expected time of delivery. Ups/Fedex typically takes 1-3 days to reach you. We are not responsible if package get lost/stolen. The shipping company will be responsible please file a claim with them in hopes to recover package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The nature of our products we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Under certain circumstances somethings will be allowed. We are here to satisfy you. If you have any questions about your order please reach out to us and we are pleased to help mend any issues !

Deposits

Offline Deposits placed to hold a Readytowear unit holds the unit for only 2-3 days until balance is paid, if not paid within time deposit is forfeited. Deposits to preorder a custom rose is 60% (sometimes more depending on service) of total and remaining balance is due as soon as unit is available to ship/pickup. Please contact us to inquire about how to pay deposits and if unit is still available.

ALL DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM - MADE UNITS ARE 60% OF PRICING !! When placing order online and wanting to pay deposit, Contact us and we will send invoice via PayPal.
